Patient :Dear Doctor,
I am 25 year old girl having height 5'7" and weight 48kg. I am very skinny but I do eat properly. I am married and planing for baby in next couple of months. But before that I want to be healthy and my immune system as strong. My legs are also week. Kindly suggest me the diet plan and excersize due to which I can gain some weight and be ready for a healthy baby.
