I have been having sleep problems for about 3 years in addition to feeling generally anxious and tired. On the days that I get to have enough sleep, I am more energetic and focused. However, when I do not sleep, I suffer from fatigue, headaches and I cannot concentrate on anything.
I usually wake up several times every night and do not fall asleep easily. Sometimes I would only sleep from 3-5 hours.
I know I have a slightly deviated symptom and started taking vitamin D supplements a few weeks ago due to having a deficiency.I also did the spit test for candida overgrowth and the result came out positive. I am not sure if this is a conclusive evidence of having candida overgrowth but I think it is worth mentioning anyway.
Is there anything I can do or some medication that can help me fall and stay asleep? I found out that taking even 1 ill of panadol nights helps me sleep a few more hours but icannot take i everyday.
