Problems after losing weight

Q: I have been exercising for about 5 months now running walking 3.5 mile a day and have lost about 25 pounds The only problems I am having are that now I have no energy I literally can fall asleep at any point during the day and I have never been like that before Also since the time I started exercising my period has been coming a week early every month and I am not sure what is going on
