Problems Urinating

Patient

Q: Hi i have a problem urinating and pooing i went to the doctor some time ago and got urine and butt test but nothing showed, i got a slip for some laxative liquid to help me go. I never returned since. But sometimes my butt secretes clear liquid and and my glands swell, my stools change frequently. I have lower back pain and can hear and feel bubbling coming from between my butt and penis area and right above my tailbone and sometimes a strange feeling in my penis between ejaculation and urination not as often as bubbling and hard to describe. If i try to message or contract and relax my grouch area i found it can help slightly and i feel like i could go but my urine stops and goes and can never hold a steady stream. I usually sit down to go now as it can take a long time and can be frustrating. Also it has affected me physiologically as now i sit in the bathroom for long periods of time with others around still not able to go its embarrassing and so sometimes i find myself holding it in or stopping wen people walk by or are in vicinity. I mite have damaged it by holding it but i don't know if it is a muscle, gland, infection or Just acid or air. My father has stomach and digestive problems also.

I hope you can help. Thanks
