Prolactinoma and Lutenyl

Patient : Hi. I'm a 43 year old woman with an endocrine disorder and who suffers with menorrhagia. I am being treated for a prolactinoma (which I've had on and off for over 15 years)with the drug Cabergoline (Dostinex). I also suffer from menorrhagia and have just been prescribed Lutenyl (Nomegestrol acetate) by my French doctor to control the excessive bleeding. However, I am worried that there may be a contra-indication taking a progesterone drug with the Cabergoline. Please can you advise if this is safe? Many thanks.
