Prostititus non infection

Patient: I have had on and off prostititus non infectious for years. I’m 53 it seems to hit me during the colder months and alchohol may set it off I’m not sure why. My PSA is 1.9 and my rectal exam the doc says my prostate is not enlarged but boggy. What advice can you give me to relieve such symptoms of frequent urination and mild pain. It usaully last for about 3 months and then seems to disappear. Other than hot baths and ibupropen is their anything else like stretching excersises I can do?
