Patient : Hi, im 14 years old and in play rugby. in the middle of the season i can end up playing or trainging 5 times a week. i have just started to lift light weights, and want to start using protien shakes. i will not use it twice a day like it says to, but instead 3 times a week after a workout. i've told my mum that it's just concentrated protein, but she still isn't sure i should have it at my age. so i just wanted to know your advise. ps, also, would it be bad to add a bit of creatine to the shake?
