Patient :Hi.i have a friend who has a 3 1/2 year old and she gives him 1/2 of a clif builders protein bar 20 g protein every day for breakfast. It worries me a bit because i heard it could cause dehydration in kids and lead to kidney stones i m not sure if any of that is true. And also i feel its teaching him wrong eating habits. What do you think? Is itsafe?
