Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension of idiopathic sort

Patient : My younger brother aged 38 is diagnosed with severe PAH(pulmonary Arterial Hypertension) in October 2013. One of our sister died of the same after conceiving a baby in 2001. Another sister aged 47 is also suffering with the same. Both my sister and brother are being treated under a senior cardiologist for the same. The issue is that my younger brother wants to get married and we sought the opinion of the cardiologist. He is saying its risky. What is your take on this! thank you.
Symptoms:  Palpitations, breathlessness on exertion, fatigue and tiredness.
