Purple-bluish painless lump in groin area

Patient : Male. 19 .Purple-bluish painless lump in groin area. I've had it for about 6 months now. It is a blue lump that move easily and it doesn't hurt, unless I put high pressure on it. I don't fell any pain or weakness. I don't had fever. But about 6 months ago i had a rash in my groin, I used cetoconazol because it was a fungal skin infection and in about 1 month it was cured. But the lump is still here. Please, What do I have?
