Question about potential HSV-2 risks

Q: Hello, I have a few questions about the potential risk of contracting herpes from various sexual activities. I have started a relationship with a girl with HSV-2. We have decided not to have sexual intercourse as we can only see each other for the next few months. However we were wondering about other acts, in particular the risk associated with me masturbating her and her giving me oral sex. She does not have oral HSV-2 but is there still any potential risk of contracting it that way? I know manual masturbation on my part carries some risk but it is very low. Is this accurate? Also, she is on Valtrex. Any clarification on this would be greatly appreciated, we would like to be as safe as possible during our short time together. Thank you!

Symptoms:  No symptoms of HSV-2
