Question regarding a personal issue

Patient: Just had a few questions about HPV.. I had an abnormal pap test, and booked another pap test 4 months from now but feel anxious and keep looking up stuff on Google. I had my shots in middle school.. but online says HPV is the number 1 reason for abnormal results (I was a low grade). What happens if my next pap test comes back and I have positive HPV (no warts, just abnormal cells), what can i do to get rid of it? or will i have it forever and it turn into really bad cells

Symptoms: Abnormal cells
