Questioning If I Have Diabetes

Patient

Q: Do I possibly have Diabetes?

Symptoms:  For several weeks, I have been having a lot of nausea with occasional vomiting that occurred in the morning. Though, last week I had really severe abdominal pain that would come and go. When it came, it lasted for a long time. It seems to have gotten better but I still feel it occasionally, but only for a short time. I also had some feelings of being faint, dizzy, lightheaded, and woozy last week, which seem to be more intense this week. Yesterday morning I woke up and threw up several times. Then, towards the night time I felt really faint and it lasted all night and morning. In the morning, it was hard to walk because i Felt as if I would fall over. There were numerous things going on with my vision also. Things were very blurry or my eyesight would all of a sudden fog up. I have noticed that I have been extremely thirsty today, my mouth has been really dry, and I have been urinating frequently. I also feel really hungry and after I eat I feel really tired. Earlier today I felt tingling in my foot and calf. Right now, my chest is hurting and my right arm is also hurting but feels numb a little also. I have also recently noticed that my stomach is dry and peeling slightly (my face is also dry but that is pretty normal for me). I have been looking into this, especially each time a new symptom progresses. I went to the doctor twice last week and they took a blood test, but found nothing. I have mental health issues, so they told me it was stress but I really think something else is wrong. I have been researching these symptoms and diabetes keeps popping up. Could I have diabetes? The strange thing is that when I was researching the symptoms of diabetes, I read a fruit-smelling breath could be a symptom. I smelled mine and it smells really sweet. For several weeks, I have been having a lot of nausea with occasional vomiting that occurred in the morning.
