Patient : Hi! I just want to ask for a 17 years old boy, 148 pounds, 5ft8, 14-16% of body fat. Is that healthy, a good ideal body? I have been working out for 6 years since i was 12 years old, I'm thinking about taking pre workout supplement such as Ultra Reps, do you think it is good for me to take this supplement? I want to improve my workout intensity, because I do study and it makes me tired, I want something to bring me up. Are there any side effect to my kidney, or any body system if I use Ultra Reps, or Pre workout supplement at this age? And last question, can I use Whey Protein Gold Standard after my workout, with 1 scoop of 24g of protein after my workout?
