Rapid weight loss and facial loose skin


Q: I am a 23 year old man. Initially had healthy weight of 62 kg, 15.5% body fat regrettably decided to lose 6 kg in 3 weeks to get to 56 kg because wanted to be lean, have 6 pack at 10-12% body fat. Anyway, combination of overexercising cardio every single day for 3 weeks and unhealthy dieting wasnt good now have excess saggy skin around face and neck particularly under jawline and chin. 3 months later now back to stable weight of 62 kg through proper eating habits and moderate exercise. It has been 1 year and 2 months I have been suffering from depression over my physical appearance ever since. What can I do to look how I used to look before I lost this weight as I feel I am entitled to compensation for my mistake?
