Rash on torso of infant daughter

Patient

Q: I have an 18mo daughter who over the past 3 days has had a runny nose, has been slightly grumpy, slightly feverish and fussy with food until today (she is now happy and eating like a trooper). last night when undressing her for her bath i noticed a rash of tiny red dots over her bottom, back, chest and tummy, this morning it has spread up her neck and arms and legs. she is fully immunized up till now (including measles). and another wee girl she has been around has the same symptoms also. what could have caused this? and is it dangerous to a 20 week pregnant woman that we saw on friday?
