Recent lacunae stroke, intermittent recurring symptoms

Patient: I recently had a lacunae stroke. Three weeks out I keep getting symptoms of the stroke and they seem to be worse than the original stroke. Can you tell me why this is happening?

 

 

Symptoms: Numbness and tingling from face to foot, weakness in leg
