Recovering from a low calorie diet--how do I control weight gain?
Patient : I'm 16 years old, 5 foot tall and 102 lbs. I've been eating about 800 calories for 3 months now, and I need to know how I can recover from this exhausting diet without gaining all of the 35 lbs back. Is there any way I can have a target weight or control or stop any weight gain? I already work out 6 hours a week since I take karate, it's aerobic and strength training.
I weighted 135 before I did this diet and I hated my body. I don't want to weigh that much again. Is there any way that I can recover from the 800 cal diet without severe weight gain?
