Recurrent episodes of low blood sugar

Patient: I am currently experiencing episodes of what resembles low blood sugar (online symptoms seem relevant, but i havent been diagnosed) at least twice a week. I don’t have diabetes, is this possible?

 

 

Symptoms: Confusion, blurred vision, nausea, irritability, lose of balance, feeling that everything is surreal, sweats, and ‘drunk’ feeling, dizziness
