Recurrent Infections after traveling

Patient : I have been sick for 2.5 mos now. I went to Vegas in October and when I returned I got sick with pneumonia & pleurisy.. I've since had bronchitis 2 times, mono, the flu and sinusitis 2 times. I've always been healthy and strong. And now I am constantly sick. Something is affecting my respiratory system all the time. I have had multiple chest X-rays, been tested for Lyme disease, CBC is good. Kidneys, liver, pancreas, and spleen all good. Had a brain ct that was normal. D dimer is normal. Pulmonary angiogram is normal. Did a Methacoline challenge for asthma and it was normal. No auto immune diseases showed in blood. I don't understand what this is. Everything looks normal but I continue to be sick with my lungs. What is my next step here? Where do I go now? I am miserable. And doctors that I've seen look at me like I'm crazy because they can't believe I'm back in their office sick again. So my question is what now, where do I go from here?
