Recurring fever in a child

Patient : I'm in Dubai. My son, 5 1/2 yrs old, got fever on 5th dec 2015, it lasted for 3 days and I gave him ibruphen whenever he had high temperature ( 4 times / day ). Last night ( 17th dec ) he again got fever, though not too high (101°). I have given him 1 dose of ibruphen in the whole day, 5ml, I want to know, is it a matter of concern that he again got fever in 10 days?
Symptoms:  Light running nose, light coughing
