Red rashes on the fourth day of flu and fever

Patient : My daughter (4 year old) has been diagnosed to have flu on Tuesday. She started Tamiflu the same day. However, today is Thursday, and her fever is still not going away (fever started on Monday). Now we are noticing red rashes on her body. We don't know if it is a result of the flu or the mix of medication she is taking. She is taking tamiflu, Azithromicilinm and ibuprofin and acetamin. what should we do?
Symptoms:  Fever, body ache, chills, rashes, cough, lost of apetite.
