Reducing medication for Type 2 Diabetes

Patient: Hello — I’m currently taking metformin, victoza, and gliclazide for Type 2 diabetes. For the past month, I’ve been eating a diet that’s more conducive to low blood glucose. My glucose is consistently around 5.4. If I were to reduce one of the medications that I’m taking, which one would I start with?

Symptoms: Improved blood sugar control
