Relapse and panic attacks

Patient

Q: Hi,

I am really worried about this. I have a drinking problem which has been under control for quite a while. However, I relapsed over two months ago and it's been totally out of control. I have been drinking up to two bottles of wine a day. I'm not able to sleep because I have butterflies in my stomach all the time. and I've been having panic attacks and feeling shaking regularly. I'm back at work soon after the summer break (which probably contributed to the relapse and I need to start concentrating as I don't want to lose my job over this. I really want to stop. I have been to the doctor here in China but they weren't helpful. Can you offer any advice

Thanks,

Dawn
