Relief for Fractured Arm and Chronic Lower Back Pain?

Patient : 23 weeks pregnant with recent oblique humerus fracture to left arm. Sleeping elevated over the past 72 hours has caused major distress to my lower lumber region, to the extent that lying upright, slanted, or even flat places me in severe pain. Upright or slanted reclining causes pressure and discomfort to my lower back and tailbone, while lying flat is exceedingly more painful and poses a great challenge because of my splint and sling, and adds much pressure to my spine under the weight of the baby. What can I do to safely ease discomfort and offer a reasonably comfortable rest?
Symptoms:  Chronic lower back pain
