Repeated lumbar subluxations

Patient

Q: My 14 yr. old son gets repeated subluxations of his lumbar spine. If playing a game, someone pushes him a bit, his pelvis is out of place, usually rotating, and he is in pain. He is in pain most of the day, for any physical exercise, or sitting 5-10 minutes to practice piano. His calves are also in pain from walking or running. Often his back and leg muscles feel like stone. He has scoliosis and a mild kyphosis in the thoracic area.He sees a chiropractor regularly. I am very concern. What can we do?
