Patient : I had strep throat May of this year and now I have strep throat again. Also, I have had the feeling as if there is something always stuck in my throat. I know I have large tonsil stones that I can't seem to push out. Also in the last year or so my sinus have been killing me. Every doctor believes it is allergies but my sinus feel clogged no matter what season it is and it just started a year ago. The color of the snot is a neon green color, I've been on antibiotics four times this year just for my sinus alone and now twice for my strep throat. I really feel that since I started trying to push out the tonsil stone I just ruined my throat and my sinus. So would having my tonsils removed help me any? I know recovery is harder as I am 24 years old, but I am just sick and tired of the sinus problems, sore throat, and strep throat I have been dealing with recently. Also, I have never in my life had strep throat before I learned how to remove tonsil stones.
