Patient: Received this from an MRI that between L1 -L2 mild intervertebral disc space narrowing, loss of normal disc signal and small disc bulge, small right paracentral disc extrusion measuring 0.5×0.9×1.8cm and mild ligamentum flavin hypertrophy. Mild effacement of anterior thecal sac. What does this mean? How serious is this? And could this have been caused by a car accident I was in? Im a 56 year old woman.
