Retynol Palmitate and Breastfeeding

Patient: Instead of taking my prenatal vitamins I started to take regular multivitamin gummies. Yesterday I took a double dose of it and realized that the vitamin A is only from retynol palmitate, which is considered not safe while pregnant if exceeded a certain amount. Anyway the amount I took is 200% of the DV and I was wondering if it was okay to feed my 5 week old this breast milk or should I dump it out, im not sure how much of the vitamin a would go in there and I dont want it to be a harmful amount.
