Rh disease

Q: Dear Doctor: My blood is O Rh negative, and my husband is rh positive with AB blood type. I'm pregnant for 6 weeks and is found to have antibodies. The value of the anti-D is 1:32. Is it safe for me to continue the pregnancy and give birth to a healthy baby? Is there any medicine that can reduce my antibodies value to the normal level? this is my second pregancy. I had a miscarriage 1 year ago. I want so much to keep the baby. Thank you very much for your information!
