Rib on right side catches on other ribs

Patient

Q: For a few years now I have a rib on my right side, underneath my breast that feels like it gets caught on my other ribs and when I move in certain ways I can feel it clunk over the other ribs. It doesnt hurt. It's just uncomfortable and when it happens I often have to put pressure on it so I can move without it feeling too uncomfortable. This happens a fair bit when I lie down on my rightside.

I just want to know what this is and how to stop it from happening. Thank you.
