Right Knee MRI performed due to pain experienced in it

Patient

Q: I have had my MRI scan of right knee
The opinion of the scan says the following

"Transversely oriented abnormal signal intensity involving the posterior horn of the medial meniscus not reaching to the lateral capsular or either of the articular surfaces may represent grade1 signal changes"

What does this mean?
What precautions should I take with respect to playing sports and going to the gym?

Symptoms:  Slight pain when standing on the right leg in the knee area
No pain when i stand on the left leg
