Patient : I was recently at a home and was witness to something that just did not sit right with me. The hosts were a very lovely young vouple with a new three month old baby-boy. a beautiful child. I seen the father suddenly ROAR all mean and loud at the baby, causing the baby to pout up and cry. Why? to get a picture of the cute pout. I immediately voiced that I thought this was wrong to do, they tore into me, Telling me that I was "whacked" and stuff. Acting like I was accusing them of being unfit and such..."it's not like we sit around and scare our child all day for something to do" stuff like that. Got right out of proportion to say the least..Finally I said that it was my opinion, that it is wrong for any reason, let alone to take a picture of the childs lip pouting when it was scared. My question, which is important for I would like to take some proof in the form of a physicians opinion back to them, just to clearify the matter. So IS this wrong, or ok. and for what reasons. ty for your time.
