Right shoulder, arm, hand pain

Patient

Q: I am having right shoulder, arm pain. It starts up in my shoulder, front and back, and radiates downward. My elbow also hurts and now my wrist and thumb have started hurting. It is a constant pain. It seems to get slightly better if I am doing a activity, If I'm not doing anything it starts hurting more. I am active with mountain biking and running, but it didn't start after doing any of that. It started in a week I wasn't doing anything. This has been building up now for probably three weeks. Pain killers don't seem to be much relief.
