Patient :I woke up about a week and a half ago and noticed my right shoulder was popping along the top of the shoulder every time I would raise my arm to shoulder level. There was no pain until after I did some rotator cuff exercises to level things out, whereupon I rested the shoulder for a few days. I have full range of motion and no loss of strength. However, right shoulder feels uneven with my left, and still pops about 60% of the time when raising it to shoulder level. I can do pushups and and shoulder presses without pain. I have been thinking it's bursitis or some kind of impingement but I can't be sure. Before waking up the day this began I had been doing no shoulder exercises for about a week and a half.
