RIght Upper back pain that radiates to my chest

Patient : Hello. I went to my doctor last week with sore throat, difficult breathing, coughing, and loss of voice. I just got finished with my z-pak she prescribe and I have been taking Ventolin inhaler to help me breathe, well last night I got this bad back pain on my right upper side that radiated to my chest. When I cough it hurts, swallow anything to drink it sends like a hurting sensation in the spot it hurts. I can't twist, turn or lay on my right side. It has gotten worse, what could be the result of this severe pain?
