Rosacea - Any Help?

Patient

Q: I'm a 21 year old male, and I've had Rosacea for years. I don't have any acne, but the redness on my nose and cheeks has gotten out of control.

I've tried two non-purpuric v-beam sessions, and two purpuric sessions. I haven't noticed any improvement to date. At the time of treatment, I've noticed I'm not nearly as red as I could be. Would taking a Niacin tablet and ditching the topical lidocain be a good suggestion to improve results with the laser?

What are my other options? I'm scared to take blood pressure medication! This disease has consumed my life.
