Rotator cuff frozen shoulder

Q: Had rotator cuff surgery 7 weeks ago. My dr now tells me I have frozen shoulder. Am in therapy but have developed 3 hard nodules on my hand since the surgery. I have had pain since day 1 and still do in the shoulder. I am wondering if the nodules in my hand are a result of the surgery - pulling of tendons or whatever is done during the surgery. I am also noticing that the back of my heel is now very tight when I put my foot down. I am so sorry I had this surgery feel worse than before. Can the pain in shoulder eventually go away and what do you think may be causing the nodules in my hand and the tightness in my heel?
