Patient :I'm not sure if a baby I was in contact with had rubella (the parents did not get a proper diagnosis). We've been trying to conceive and we could be pregnant as we speak. I know for a fact that I did not get the vaccine against rubella. Is there a way to know (through a test of somekind) if this was in fact rubella? Also, I read that if it was, it was recommended not to try to conceive for the next 3 months, is that true?
Please help, we're very worried!!!
