Q: How long should you wait after a c section to return to running for exercise?

A:   Physical exercises after Cesarian section helps regain the muscle power of perineum. Heavy exercises and running are preferred after 6 weeks after c section, as the scar requires time to heal completely. Early heavy exercises might develop incisional hernia or prolonged. Consult your gynecologist for further advise.
