Patient : So I've been running for about 13 days, and when i'm running the outside of my legs hurt. Starting from the the ankle and it a line up to about the middle of my leg is the pains location. From 1-10 on the pain scale I would give it a 6, enough where it makes me want to stop even though I'm not tired. My question is how can a make it stop? Is there a certain strecth I must do.
