Salivary Gland Stone Removal by Sialendoscopy

Patient : At Urgent Care I was diagnosed with Salivary Gland Stone and referred to a ENT. Calling some ENT's I have a hard time getting a price range to see if I can afford the procedure. I have no insurance and no income at the moment. I can also not apply for a government health care program to not jeopardize my immigration status. Can somone give me a price range and would be willing to do the procedure for a flat fee in the Los Angeles County or Orange County area?
