Sebaceous cyst. Treating at home.

Q: I have a large and irritating lump deep under the surface of the skin on my chest. After doing research I find it reasonable to assume I have an acne related cyst. I've had it for only about a week, and due to my pre-research toiling it has inflamed quite a bit, though I have not broken the skin. I've bruised it a bit, it itches and is quite sensitive to touch. It's sized about an inch in each direction. I have no insurance, nor money, so I would like to resolve this myself if possible.
