Second Opinion

Patient : Hello, I am suffering from lower back pain on my left side with a electrical like pain that shoots down the back of my left leg. Sometimes 3 to 4 times a day. This comes and goes, some days worst than others. Had MRI and was told L-4-L-5 mild degenerative disc changes and asymmetric disc bulge centrally and in right foraminal region. There is mild to moderate right foraminal stenosis. At L-5,S-1 there is mild degenerative disc and facet joint degenerative change with a circumferential disc bulge There is mild left neural foraminal stenosis. I have tried PT, and over the counter meds and still in pain. I was told I need pain mangament and maybe an injection. I would like to have a second opinion and Thank You for your time.
