Semen Analysis in January 2015

Q: I need your suggestion on the report for a semen analysis which I underwent in January 2015. The results seem to be quiet negative as compared to the test which I underwent in July 2014. I am not sure of the next steps as my doctor has not reverted back but seek your opinion

1)What is your view of the report?
2) Can this be cured and if yes then how much usually it takes?
3) Why would the reports differ drastically?
As perJan 2015 report,
Sperm Count is 25 Million
Morphology is 20% Normal and 80% Abnormal
Motility is Grade III=10%; Grade II= 10% ; Grade I (Immotile)= 80%
PUS Cells= 1-2
Comment says as "Oligozoospermia"
As per July 2014,
Sperm Count is 60 million/ML
Percentage Motility is 65%
Grade A, B & C respectivly =45, 20 & 35 respectively
PUS Cells=6-8
Morphology= Normal is 65%; Abnormal is 35%;
Chemical Examination = Semen Fructose Qualitative= Positive
