I'm a 15 year old male 2 months away from 16 and have been working out in my local gym now for about 8 months. I have become serious about bodybuilding and want to build the ultimate physique without using any steroid rubbish! I have been eating lots of rice, fish, meat and pasta but I just cannot seem to put on any weight and am stuck on the same old 61kg. I am wondering if taking a supplement such as "Serious Mass" would be safe for about a month and cutting down on my daily protein intake.
