Sever stomach pain attacks

Patient

Q: Hi there. 8 montha ago, i was diagnosed with celiac disease. The biopsy stated potential crohns or celiac. Blood test confirmed severe celiac. 8 months later, i have had my third attack of severe stomach pain, nausea, throwing up in 3 weeks. Blood tests were negative and stomach ultrasound also negative. After my last attack, i still have stomach pain. Not severe but constant. See my specialist in four days. i am on anti spasmodic and acid reducer. I was on prednisone 2 months ago for sinus disease and had no stomach issues at all. Does prednisone seem like a choice to assist with pain. I have a strong family history of crohns.
