Severe Back Pain

Patient : I've been diagnosed (2009) with Spinal Stenosis. But, I keep having really bad pain in my legs and hips. It seems to be worse when I am very active. e.g. when I went bowling I suffered for days after. Or just walking around a flea market on a sunday puts me in severe pain. When I get up in the morning the pain is so bad, even the bottoms of my feet hurt. I think there is something else going on as I have researched Spinal Stenosis and nothing indicates pain that severe.
