Severe right pelvic pain nine months after hysterectomy.

Patient

Q: I am a 25yr old female with three children my youngest being 4. I had a hysterectomyI still have my ovaries April 2012. For the last 5 weeks I have been having severe abdominal pain in my right pelvis area that comes and goes. It gets so bad at times I can barely move or stand up. Right around the time this started I had a dime sized flat lump in my right breast that was very painful. Now the pain has gone away with that but the lump is still there and now I am having yellow orange discharge from both nipples but mostly from my left breast. Could this be caused from cysts on my ovaries or something else? Going into the doctor really isn't an option for me unless it's absolutely needed. I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question.
