Severe sharp rectal pain and lower abdominal pain 8/10 assoc


Q: Severe sharp rectal pain and lower abdominal pain 8/10 associated with menstrual cycle. Not IBS, Not Crohns, Not stress, Not anal fissures. Colonoscopy provided nil abnormal results on examination and with biopsies. Can have associated Diarrhea and constipation. OCP being taken that possibly decreases symptoms. Sx going on for over 1 year. Lap due sometime in next 12 months but analgesia is needed until then. Not codeine based due to side effects. Please help with possible diagnosis and analgesia.

Symptoms:  Debilitating pain lower abdominal and rectal pain, pain with bowel movements, some anal and Vaginal discharge. All associated with menstrual cycle pain.
